Hello everyone…I’m Osama. I’m 22 years old, a Palestinian from Gaza.I’m the eldest son in a family of six. My two sisters, my brother, and my beloved parents. Before October 7, 2023, I was just like any other young man with big dreams. I was a pharmacy student, an athlete. I imagined a bright future , graduating, pursuing my master’s in pharmaceutical industry, and making my parents proud. But in a single day… everything I had was stolen from me. I lost my university .My path to the future. I lost my home and my entire city .The place filled with memories and love. I lost my best friend .A part of my heart. Today, my family and I have no home. We move from one shelter to another, never knowing how we will start again . Every day is a struggle just to survive: standing for hours in long lines for a little water, searching desperately for something to eat. The strong, athletic young man I once was has grown weak and exhausted. I don’t know what tomorrow will bring or if I will even see it. But I know that with your help, I can have hope again and complete my study. Please, if you can, help me and my family survive this dark time and dream again. Even the smallest contribution can bring us one step closer to safety, dignity, and a chance at rebuilding our lives.
